Ore Transport System, Leroy Mine, Johns Hopkins Inlet, Glacier Bay.

Ore cart on trestle rails delivered ore to hopper (left) which in turn filled a "bucket" carrying ore downhill to ball-mill via air cable tram. Crushed ore & concentrates were shipped via Juneau to Tacoma Smelter.
