"Leroy" Lode Claim Located by Leslie Parker in Glacier Bay, Alaska.

"Leroy" Gold Claim witnessed by A. L. Parker and filed 9-19-1938 by Leslie Parker in Juneau, Alaska first trip in (by boat) from Glacier Bay. Claim situated in Juneau Mining District, Territory of Alaska.


LODE CLAIM NOTICE Of LOCATION


of the LEROY Mining Claim.

Notice Is Hereby Given that the undersigned, having compiled with all the requirement of the Laws of the United States, and the local laws, customs and regulations has this second day of July A.D. 1933 discovered, located and claimed 1500 linear feet, horizontal measurement of, on and along the lode or vein of quartz or other rock In place bearing gold, silver, copper, lead or other metal, with 300 feet of surface ground on each side of the center line of said claim; together with all dips, spurs, angles, and variations as allowed by law; and all veins, lodes, deposits, and ground within the lines of said claim; situated in the Juneau Mining district, Territory of Alaska.  The general course of said  vein or deposit as nearly as can, at this time, be determined is Northerly and Southerly. This claim extends 1000 feet Northerly and 500 feet Southerly from the discovery monument on which this notice is posted, along the course of said center line of said claim.  Said claim is more particularly described as follows:

This claim is near two miles Easterly from the
mouth of Lampugh Glacier ½ mile from the mouth
of Ptarmigan Creek which is between Lampugh j;
Glacier and Reid Glacier In Glacier Bay.
