Affidavit Annual Labor By Albert & Jennie Parker, Glacier Bay, Alaska.

Required sworn statement of labor & improvements by Albert "Bert" Parker 1939 for "Iroquois I & II", "Cora I & II" and "Twin I & II". 210 man-days, erection 7 towers for 2000' aerial tram, ore bunker, & drifting of tunnels reported.


AFFIDAVIT OF ANNUAL LABOR

)ss. Territory of Alaska. )

Before me, the subscriber, personally appeared A.F.Parker, who being duly sworn,

saith:

First. That he has personal knowledge of the facts with reference to the annual

labor performed and improvements made during the year commencing at 12 o'clock noon. July 1, 1939 upon or for the benefit of the following named mining claims: Cora I & II, Iroquois I & II ( Misspelled Iroquise in original entry) Twin: I & II, which said mining are located In the Juneau Mining District, and are situated as follows: S. Shore of Reid Inlet, East of Lampough (ed:Lamplugh) Glacier ¼ mi from Ptarmigan Creek in Glacier Bay. Second: That during the said year 210 man-days of work were performed, and improvements were made upon for the benefit of the said mining claims, the character and value of which said improvements are as follows: Erection of seven towers for 2000 ft. aerial tram. Erection of Ore Bunker. Drifting of tunnels.

Lumber & Hardware, $ 375.00

Cable, 225.00

Labor, 210 dac. 1,050.00

Total value of Improvements, - $ 1,650.00

Third: That the said labor was performed and the said improvements were made between the following dates: June 15, 1939 and June 30, 1940.

Fourth: That the said work was done and the said improvements were made at the instance of A. F. Parker.

Fifth: That the actual sum paid for the said work and improvements amounted to $600.00, and that the said amount was paid by A.F.Parker.
